Artists, Toy Makers and Community Builders Sonny & Sara kick off Stuy Town’s Art in the Park Summer Series on July 5.

About the Event

The “Toy Making Workshop” is a fun space where for kids and adults alike can explore their creativity while fostering their imagination, both powerful tools that spur innovation.

With Sonny & Sara’s guidance junior artists can embrace practical sustainability through creating "toy sculptures” which actively engages their “outside-the-box” thinking while combining up-cycled misfit toys into their own unique creations.

About the Artists

Sonny & Sara are known for their community driven & kid centric experiences which playfully combine the parent loving mottos of “Clean Your Room”, “Donate Toys” and “Play & Build”.

What to Bring

Start collecting now! 

Bring and share any and all broken, unwanted and misfit toys, action figures, lego, game pieces, trophies, kids jewelry and art.

No stuffed animals or plush toys, please.

A selection of toys will be available for the community. 
All other supplies are included.
